Amused at the suggestion that the Swiss Water Process for making decaffeinated coffee doesn't involve "chemicals", there's Putrescine, Theophylline, Trigonelline... Dimethyl disulfide... Acetoin...3,5-Di-caffeoylquinic acid... Harmane... Norharman, and those are just some of coffee's 1,000+ chemical compounds
