If you are into "Dick Pics" how about using a glass of red wine as a background?

As you pass through the centre of Earth, can anyone hear you scream?

As you pass through the centre of the earth, you pass through the core of a powerful electromagnet. That movement in a magnetic field will generate electric currents in your body in anything that conducts 'well enough' (Eddy currents). In my case, it is my gold crowns on my teeth ( also blood cells and bone). The current generates heat (from resistance) and a magnetic field. That personal magnetic field then interacts with the earth's magnetic field, slowing you.
There used to be an experiment in the original Questacon (at Ainslie Primary school) That showed this effect with a powerful electromagnet and aluminium plates.
Sorry Dan, I don't think that jumping through the tunnel at the north pole will result in you getting to the south pole - you will be short. How short? I'm retired. I don't have to do the math.
