Another great discussion, really appreciate these. I hadn't heard of epistemic peer before but I find it a useful concept to know. Also if you are keen on a Sky Burial I have a contact whose roof at the right time of the year is covered in Cockatoos. Minute 42 is a little bit ironic... "don't change your mind based on anything you find on social media... it's just for photos of your kids and cat memes"...hmm...came across this podcast on a friends feed... ;-) Exploring the social media world can be thought provoking... causing you to ponder those questions that may drive you to seek out and critically evaluate expert oppinion. (Fascinating podcast- very relevant to our times)

Also... love Error Theory explanation... especially the fact that you not only need to have a compelling argument, but also provide a dignified retreat... requiring a respectful and compassionate understanding of the position of the other. Well I have certainly learned something about not being quite so confrontational today. ( not sure about putting it into action.. but hey... intentions are a good start,)
