Just a note on what to do once you have received "the jab" Always, always knead the area where the jab was put in and keep doing this for about 20 minutes. This will disperse the vaccine around a wider area.

And don't be fearful to take a Panadol for the pain (I wish they had told me that the first jab, the second one the nurse told me that they were supposed to have said so)

Great to hear from everyone, well partially as up until now I hadn't been suffering from vaccine envy, which leads to envy of countries with the resources, smarts and will to manufacture mRNA vaccines, and of course NZ envy.
